| : Rear Glass Slider middle section only shattered lampli 05-20-2011, 06:38 PM My 2005 Tacoma rear window shattered the other day. Just the middle sliding section broke but apparently you have to replace the entire 3 part glass slider.. Anyone got any ideas instead of paying for entire rear slider to be fixed? Just the middle square part broke, didn't think I'd have to pay around 300 to have it fixed! Splicer 05-21-2011, 06:31 PM Make sure you can change out the center panel.... then check your local salvage yards. Most of them will try to locate parts that they don't have in their own yard. Might be something on Ebay or Craigslist, but that might be an even longer shot.
