Has anyone installed speakers and had an issue with the rear door panel going back on? When I push in one side the other side pops out. I took out the speakers and crossover but it still does it. When I screw the two screws back in it doesn't help. Can the white plastic bullet clips wear out?

Any recommendations?

they can wear out. but thats a brand new truck in your sig. you can get them from the dealer in a pack. they arent that expensive.

just make sure nothing is in the way. mine stick out a little bit but ive got 4 layers total of hushmat on my door and door panels. its hit or miss on those damn clips.

Found the solution, make sure when you put the plastic door panel back on that you start at the top (by the window) and not at the bottom. The door panel has a groove at the top it slides down in to and actually hangs on the door. Once the door panel is hanging in the groove, everything snaps back together perfectly.
