I got what it appears to be water spots or oxidation on my black pillar tape and mirrors. How would I go about removing it?

Thanks!

Klasse AIO or some other all in one polish should clean that up just fine.

Polish for plastic and tape? Never heard of that. Do you know of any AIO Polish, that are sold in stores? I'm willing to give it a try.

Thanks.

dont know if the klasee will help that, it probably would. but do yourself a favor and wait a day or two and get the klasse. cuz if it should get the job done your seeking here it will then far exceed your expectations on the paint!! its awesome stuff i used it and the sealant now and thats it!!

Klasse should remove those spots. Most modern polishes can be used on plastic without harm.

Locally available, maybe try some Duragloss #101 at a NAPA or Car Quest.

Was washing the truck today and thought wth might as well give Meg's Cleaner Wax a try. It did the job! Got rid of it pretty damn fast, with no greasy residue (looks greasy but it's not at all). Sure did make my applicator sponge dirty though. Went from dull and ugly to smooth and shiny. I'm beginning to wonder, if it's just covering the ugly up though?

Hey Brandon, can I use the cleaner wax on my window trim too? Some of it is soft rubber and hard rubber.

No you don't want to use that on rubber surfaces as it will dry and stain them. If you're talking about the seals around your window and door, then a mild solution of all purpose cleaner (apc) with a damp MF towel wiped around the seals will help clean it, then go ahead and follow up with a rubber dressing of your choice to help protect and nourish the seals.

Silicone spray on a rag works very good as a rubber cleaner. Also Mothers makes a trim cleaner called Back to Black that works good look below at the link.
