Ok , first off I'm new here, but i have been taking advantage of all the useful info on this site, however i have a question that i believe has not been addressed, so i created this thread to try and find the answer.
I am planning on lifting my 2008 2wd 5.7 tundra, i don't need a huge lift, i was thinking around 4 inches, and ive found a few lifts, such as the pure performance 4 inch lift. Since im not 4wd im thinkn this is the best buy, however i do plan on adding full front and rear bumper replacements to my truck pretty soon and was wondering if i would have an issue with all the weight that will be added, (ive read they weigh roughly 180), so should i still go with this lift, or would a different stly lift work better, say a coilover???
I'm still pretty new to this so any info would be welcomed.

I would go with an adjustable coilover and talk to the company you decide to purchase from telling them that you are adding a winch bumper and it weighs 180+lbs to the nose of your truck. They may recommend a change in spring rate for the coilovers and they can dial them in for exactly what you are doing.

I had sway-a-way do this for my last truck along with a custom length. They came out perfect. King and Sway-a-way can build up custom shocks like this. ICON doesn't do custom shocks like King and SAW but I would bet they can get you dialed in for their stuff as well.

Good luck.
