Hey all,

My wife and I just purchased a 2007 Sequoia Limited that we plan to use primarily for vacation towing and winters.

My system Is the JBL without Navigation, DVD player in the center console with the center ceiling mounted display.

I'd like to change out the head unit so we can have Sirius, DVD & iPod but don't want to lose the audio from the DVD player, which currently plays through AUX on the OEM head unit.

Will it be possible to re-integrate the factory DVD player with a new head unit?

Also, does anyone know if the OEM wireless headphones receive their audio from the DVD player or the head unit? Wouldn't want to lose them either if we can avoid it.

Thanks

Most aftermarket double din units will accept an rca type red/white input, which you can easily wire from your dvd player. And I am pretty sure the headphones are IR so the signal most likely comes from the screen. Look for a little dark red colored piece of plastic on the headphones. Itll be a pretty simple setup.
