Hi,

I got a 2003 Sequoia and replaced the factory alarm with a Viper alarm system, which does keyless locks and sensitivity arming. It was installed a little over a year ago at Best Buy. Recently, the Viper alarm will go off after I park and press the remote button to arm. With a few minutes, the alarm will go off every time. I have to press the Aux remote button and I can hear the Viper re-arm and stay quiet.

It has been like this for a month now and I never had an alarm system go bad after 1 year. Does anyone know how to fix this or an idea what went wrong.

I am afraid that I will have to go back to Best buy to purchase a new Viper to replace the one one.
