I have bought quite a few things from DDM Tuning in the past and service has always been good and the products have been too. About two weeks ago I ordered some HID bulbs from DDM. I expected to see the bulbs within 2-3 days (they are located San Diego about 200-300 miles from me) as past deliveries have always come quickly. I called them up to see what the hold up was and was told that to save "time" and money, the bulbs are now shipping directly from the factory... in China :eek:. So over two weeks and still no bulbs. Anyway, for those of you looking for HID components I think I would stay away from DDM if I were you (until they start stocking some items).

sounds like you ordered yours about the same time as I did and I kept waiting for the email saying that they had shipped. It took a freaking week just for them to be "shipped out" and it said that they were coming from China. I was not happy about it either as I also knew it would be a good two weeks before they get here and I am still waiting. I bought a set for another truck about a year ago and they got here with in 3-4 days of me ordering them. I have a hard time complaining though, for the price its hard to beat DDM and so far have a good record with their products. Hopefully we both get ours soon because I hate the stockers in my new CrewMax!

Got the bulbs today. I checked the order date and it was the 22nd, that was just over two weeks. DDM does have great customer service, that is why I have been a repeat customer. And so far I have had no problems with the HID ballasts or bulbs (have had them for less than a year) so I think the quality of the product is good. Really disappointing that it takes two weeks to get parts though.

They wanted $13 for shipping for (1) replacement bulb. I used to support them, but will look elsewhere now.

i get my hid lights form globe autowerks their in san diego about 15min. from me so i pick them up but they also ship. really good hid kit and customer
service is better then ddm. i used to deal with ddm but something always went wrong. but thats just my 2 cents.

Nice to know, I'm about 60 miles north of SD!

I just ordered from DDM this past week and had my parts in 4 days.

^^I have to agree..I placed an order for a friend, and those boys shipped within 4 days.
