Hello everyone,
I want to introduce myself. I am Aaron McEvoy the technical support manager developer and tuner of Unichip of North America. Since I have come on board I have seen many people complain about certain products we might sell or might have bad blood with us from the past. I am here to listen and improve our company with every step so please let me know what I can do to personally make your experience with our company an enjoyable lasting one. I also do website development for us and I have created a new website for our customers at http://www.unichiptuner.com/ since many customers are having a hard time finding tuners. I have been with the company over 2 years and I strive to make every customer happy no matter what. We offer many more products and will be updating video's and much more in the next couple months. If anyone has any questions or concerns with anything please reach out to us 24/7 at 503.547.7922 or email support@unichiptuner.com.

Thanks

Oh wow, does your device have the ability to do the following:

Alter ignition timing (spark advance) on the 5.7L gen 2 Tundra?

Alter upshift points (vehicle speeds at which upshift occurs) on the 5.7L gen 2 Tundra?

Alter upshift firmness?

I edited the link. Yes sorry I have been working around the clock to fix everything and like I said I hope to have it all up by the end of the month. I just have thousands of projects along with overseeing new development items.

The Unichip can alter the following:

timing
A/F ratio
Boost
injectors
control various signals

We don't alter transmission shift points due to the hazards that can cause if you don't have a properly built transmission. With timing and fuel adjustments customers have told us that the transmission shifts differently but thats from word of mouth.

Very easily when you do custom html work and type in all the coding for pop ups etc. Website development takes hours if you want to do it with cheap templates.

I am not here to sell anything I just here to help and support anyone that has questions about our products. If I still need to become a vendor for those reasons then I will.

Aaron likes to use us as the main distributor :first: for UNICHIP products :D. I back the UNICHIP 1000%. It's great, makes a noticeable difference in power and I won't drive another vehicle without it. PS... You have to buy it from us :tu:

the only issue i have, is this

i called about finding a place to get a custom tune.
then i'm told that the chips doesn't need it as it will learn what i have and perform to the fullest with out a need for a tune.

i'm sorry but canned tunes are not the end all be all.
custom tunes are always needed.
yes in most cases they are fine but... the fact is there not.

i am a member on your web site and as said here there is some work that needs to be done there. its been a while and i haven't been back. but the tuner area is lacking a major part of support.
i haven't really figured out how to even buy the tuning software so that i can tune the truck myself.

so on that front can you send me a pm on who to contact to order this.
here are some questions i have for the tuner parts

short and long term fuel trims do you have control of these?
data logging?
what engine parameters can be seen ect..?
maf readings and can these be adjusted
i under stand that you don't change the trans shifts but with the tuning software can they be changed?

thanks for the help.

Please contact our technical staff at 503.547.7922 or email our support manager at aaron@unichiptuner.com and he will be more than happy to help you.
