Bought a 2011 Sequoia 5.7 and had the TRD Supercharger installed. Took a trip pulling my Haulmark Transport 7 x 14 v-nose cargo trailer. Running above 60 mph on freeway in Tow/Haul mode transmission gets hot. Will run 20 to 50 miles OK then temp starts to climb. I need to "feather" the RPM's down below 2000 to get temp to drop back to normal. Very aggravating and made for a long 400 miles. Dealer could not find a problem, says I need to put automatic transmission into manual mode when hauling this trailer. Seems odd. Trailer loaded was less than 3,000 lbs. Truck pulls it easy. Can anyone help?

Something is definetly up.... I would guess thermostat for the oil cooler.

Could be the thermostat, also could be the trailer. Tranny will heat up if either the thermostat is out, radiator toast, or it's working hard. Brakes and hubs ok on the trailer?

bump, any solutions/causes found? i'm assuming you got every supporting mod the supercharger comes with?
