I gave the '05 Sequoia the full Seafoam treatment today and I'm very pleased with the results.
IMHO Seafoam doesn't do nearly as much when you put it in the gas tank or crankcase.
It really comes into its own when you vaporize it into a vacuum line.
The location on the 4.7L Sequoia 2UZFE is identical to my 3VZE 4runner.
Use the brake booster vacuum line and with the engine running, slowly (be careful not to hydrolock) vaporize 1/3 of the bottle.
You'll hear the idle ramp and lower, but try not to let it stall. Whatever you do, don't put the vacuum line right into the bottle.
The results were very noticeable.
Here's a video is anyone needs more instructions.

I'm also curious to hear on the results you noticed. Thought about doing this too but haven't had the chance yet. Did you use the liquid or spray version? Also did you change your oil after you did the treatment?
