Has anyone had a problem with the display disappearing on the JBL radio? Also this last time I couldn't change the channels either. This does go away, however, my radio was replaced in my 2008 in July 2010 and now the replacement radio is doing the same thing. The case manager I am working with thinks I should pay for the dealership to diagnose the problem and then they can help me. Keep in mind this vehicle has 35,600 miles on it and now needs a 3rd radio. He can't seem to understand why I would be unreasonable saying they should take care of the issue.
