Congrats on the new truck. Assuming its the newest body style, there are quite a few options to choose from. If you spend any time here on the forum you'll probably end up wanting to level the truck out.

With a 3/1 leveling kit I'd recommend looking for an 18x9 with a +30 to +35mm offset. As for tires, go with the 295/70R18 size. You may need to trim or bend the front skid plate to get them to clear but the stance is perfect.

Here's a link to some 18" wheels we offer for your new Truck. Not all of these will have the offsets I'm recommending above. (offset is listed in the size) : Wheel Products - Discount Tire Direct (http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/findWheelsBySize.do?wd=18&bp=5-150&rw=)

For the stock suspension, the same wheel recommendations apply. As for tires, look into the 285/65R18, 295/65R18 and 305/60R18 sizes. 305/65R18 may also work with a little massage. Here's a link to search tires by size: http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/initTireSizes.do

I have Nitto Terra Grapplers that are 295/70/R18's that I just got from a friend on stock rims. I am going to have a 3/1 leveling kit installed. Why are you recommending a 30-35 positive offset? I heard that closer to 13-18 is what most Tundra owners do with this size tire.
Any info would be great
I will be selling my BBS 20" wheels and Michelan tires that have 22k if there are any offers out there.

The most common offset for 18" 5-150 aftermarket wheels is +35mm. Any offset lower than this and the body mount chop may be needed.

]295/70-18 on a 18x9 +18 with a level just touched the mudflap on mine. No skid problems. But on factory trds and a 4.5" it has tons of room everywhere except the skid plate became an issue. I just popped the two ears that were spot welded on off the truck and no problems. Now I want some more offset wheels but can't decide if I want 295/65-20 or a 35-12,50-20. And offset between 0 and 25. Most wheels I like are. Zero offset and if I go that route I really want the tread to stay under flare. Just can't make up my mind. I do know I'm going trail grapplers either way.
