Well my brother has a 2006 double cab tacoma that he bought a few years ago. He got it with a 6" pro comp lift kit and a unknown body lift. I don't what size it but he wants to remove the body lift do to insurance coverage and price. Is it possible to remove the body lift and just keep the pro comp lift on it or is he stuck with it.

Here is a pick of it now

Also he is gettin new tires so that's why he asked me if its possible to remove the body lift so he can buy smaller tires instead of 35"

Of course the body lift can be removed. A body lift is just a bunch of spacers between the body and the frame, possibly with longer than standard bolts. You may need to go to a dealership to obtain the standard sized body bolts, but just remove the bolts, lift off, remove spacers, drop back, install bolts, and done.

Manage to find a local shop to do all the work for under 300 including new OEM spacers... now all we are waiting for is the long travel kit to get built by NCD Customs
