I have a 2003 Sequoia SR5 with a horn malfunction. The horn only works with the steering wheel turned a specific way (about 30 degrees to the left or right), the panic button horn works, and all other steering wheel functions work (cruise and radio controls). I have pulled off the airbag to see if any connections weren't being made, they all looked good. Is this a faulty clockspring or should I be looking at another issue?
