Alright I've got a dumb question. Has anybody made one of these?

If you have would you mind giving me some help? I thought it might be a fun little project and useful in some situations. I don't want it so I can ride around with it on all the time just to throw in my tool box just in case and to use at mudfest etc. Thanks
