I put the toytec front and rear lift in this last weekend and got some 285/75/16 BFGs and now have a litle rear sag. The shocks in the back are still from the factory and have 90k on them and are leaking, Need to replace but want to klnow what kind i should get for a good mix of off road and highway use. Was think bilstein HD's and also need to know if i need to get longer ones than OEM with the lifted rear. I left the stock coils in the rear. Help me get what i need please. Heres a pic i took real quick. Thanks8459484595

How much lift? The Bilstein 5100's say 0-1" lift.

I put the yellow bilstein shocks on mine. I believe they were 4600s. Anyway I have a fat bobs garage 2 in rear lift. I broke one of the shocks recently, I guess they didn't have enough travel. Don't feel like dropping 200 bucks for 5100's. I'm going to try some skyjacker h7089 shocks for a lifted FJ. Anyone know if this will work.

Pretty sure you'll need new coils or some other means of lifting the rear; I don't believe that shocks themselves will do this for you.

The rear shocks could be limiting your rear axle travel. When the wheel drops it needs longer shocks to make up for the toytec lift. just a few times of axle droop, it will destroy the valving in your stock shocks. Upgrade to longer 5100's.
