I am very dissatisfied with the Siverstars. Both the regular and Ultras. Life was short, as expected, but they were not what I thought they would be.
Local NAPA sells Phillips Nite Visions and xtreme bulbs. How to they compare to the disappointing to me, Siverstars??
What other lamps should I look at? Ordering online is fine.with me. I have one lamp out but not to worried.
Still have the original bulbs in my 2004. Sorry, I can't help.
Interesting: My son bought a Xenon HID kit off Ebay for $35 for his Celica. It works great, was easy to install, and cost less than many of the standard headlight replacement bulbs on the market. If you get the HID bulbs with a temp between 4000 and 6000, you will get white light.

look into HIR bulbs. that is not a typo for HID....HIR. they are not extremely expensive but give off great light.
HIR Headlights 9011 9012 bulbs (http://www.finemotoring.com/)

I looked through the HIR link and didn't notice any 9003 replacements.
I swung into NAPA and picked up a but of Phillips Night Guide lamps. Hopefully they perform better than the Siverstars.....

My facorties are long gone. 90% of my driving is night being on nights shift. I'll look into the xenon HId kits for next time. An LED swap would be the berries.
