I just had 5100's put on this weekend. I'll try to snap a couple pics tonight and report back.
Went with the 3rd notch on the 5100's and stock springs - front is exactly level with my rear now.

Also had 4600's installed on the rear @ stock height.

Here's my 04' TRD A-cab... just installed all 4-5100's all around, front set at the second highest notch(around 2" of lift) and added a 1" tapered lift block in the rear.

Here's an after pic. From the ground the the bottom of the fender flare now measures exactly 36". The front was lifted about 1.75 inches.

And a before pic. A little hard to tell since it sits on a slight incline.

i have the same set up 5100 up front 1 notch from the top and 4600 rear with stock suspension and mine sits higher in front then the rear about a 1 inch. maybe my rear springs are sagged from towing all the time. So i would assume each application will yield different results. If you offroad i would stay clear from the 4600. They are too soft and bounce like old caddy over small whoops. just my 2 cents worth.
