Maybe im just now noticing something the vehicle has always done, but it seems like when im coasting, its as if the back end of car is hopping a little bit. Maybe im just being overly cautious, but any suggestions on what i should check just to make sure theres nothing wrong?

It's normal. Search "bed bounce". What year do u have? They changed the cab mounts on late production 2010's and and up to reduce vibration in the cab.

It usually bounces more on concrete fwy's.
