Hi:
on my 2001 Sequoia, the driver side power window.
while I pull the auto button, the glass auto roll up, but just go up around half way, i heard a little noice from inside the door, then it go all the way down again.
I can only hold the botton half way to pull the the glass all the way close.

is it the regulator going bad? or the track inside got stuck?
should I go replace a new regulator?

Please give me an idea. thank you

mine doing the exact same thing today. any luck on the cause, may save me some time ;)

The glass is probably binding up in the track and auto-reversing. It's a safety feature.
Pull the door skin off and investigate what is binding up.
