OK! It's coming from the rear end and its definitely NOT the Leaf springs. It only happens when the truck is hot after running on the highway and at no other time. I had my brother slam the door a bunch of times when the truck was hot and running to make the sound while i crawled underneath and it sounds like its above the spare tire? But heres the thing, it only happens when the truck is hot and running and disappears seconds after the truck turns off. I do have a custom exhaust but I'm almost certain it wasn't coming from the hangers, I'm assuming it's something that heats up in the rear end? What could possibly make a squeak under the bed near the spare tire only when the truck is hot!?!?!

The source of the squeek could be harmonic in nature, i.e. it only really gets going when the vehicle is vibrating slightly with the engine running. The only thing above the spare tire that moves is the junction for the spare tire mounting cable. I'd drop the spare and lube this area well, lube the contact surface between the spare's hub and the clamp, reinstall, and see if it fixed it.

I just had a squeaking in my rear end a couple weeks ago. Like you, I couldn't figure out what it was and it was hard to make it squeak unless it was hot or going down the road. I finally took my left rear shock off and it was the upper metal washer (I think), I changed it out with an old spare that I had and lubed up the rubber bushings. Now it doesn't make any noise. No idea why it was louder when hot, maybe the metal expanding?

Maybe its just a pissed off, overworked hamster that escaped from the motor...??...

Don't think the TSB went to past the 04's but here the thread where it was referenced and the problem similar to yours.

i have lubed everything except the leaf springs. It really only happens when the truck is really hot, after going highway speeds and then disappears a few minutes after i get off the highway once the truck cools down(or at least something on the truck does). It will persist every time i hit bumps as long as i keep the engine somewhat racing. Gonna lube the leaf springs and hope for the best

most likely its the shock cups because mine was doing it up until they replaced the frame meaning that the shock cups are now brand new.

As lame as this is, and how stupid I am for not figuring this out sooner.
A classic case of thermal expansion. This is my exhaust tip hanger and underneath the black rubber part is a small metal piece. When the truck gets really hot the pipe actually expands about a centimeter or whatever and the metal rubber part makes contact with the frame. I actually saw it touching before but was not able to get a picture before it cooled off. Couldn't believe my exhaust system has that much expansion in it.

its always the things that are never thought of right away. and yes the exhaust will expand that far because combustion takes place at around 3600F and the manifold can reach around 1800F. im glad you found the culprit.

Figuring it out is great and gratifying, it takes a load off your mind. If I say so myself. Squeaks and rattles are very annoying, glad you found it after the long search.
