The padded door panel insert that is right above the armrest and surrounds the door latch handle is discolored with yellow/orange splotches on all four doors. Was light grey, now just looks stained. '07 SR5 w/ 76K miles. I plan to keep the truck for at least another 5 years.

Q: Has anyone replaced these and how much of a PITA is it?

I looked at OEM parts online and it appears that I would have to buy a whole new interior door panel, and that's not happening. I don't know if these are leather, but I would probably replace them with vinyl that won't discolor down the road. I might check with a car upholstry shop to get a quote.
