1337DirtAlliance, maybe if you tell us whats going on, we could provide some assistance. What are the symptoms your truck is displaying that made you go to the truck doctor to begin with? Is the CEL on? You said that the auto clinic did a diagnostic, what was their diagnosis? Have you taken it to the local auto parts store and have them read the computer to see if there were any codes displayed? They typically do this for free. :-). Give us more info please.

Vic at Findlay Toyota is as honest as they come. Let him know you are a member here and treat him like you would want someone to treat your father. He is a great guy.

I recently did a engine swap because the original engine blew the center two cylinders from overheating from an accident. I did the engine swap myself and did a full tune up on the new engine so the engine is awesome with 100k less miles on it. Go to fire up the truck and i have no throttle response.. Code P1126 Magnetic Clutch Circuit Malfunction is popping up... Well i was able to drive the truck around in limp mode till the truck started bucking on the freeway and cutting power to the engine like it was starving for gas and making popping sounds from the intake. That weekend i went through and checked all the coil packs to make sure they worked and switched out the battery. So at this point i'm like damn... order a throttle body off ebay and finally get that. Install it and i was like YES it's fixed... i got my throttle back and it's idling the way it should... I test drive it just because i don't trust it after all this trouble. It drives like a champ till my return trip and goes and acts like you unplugged the gas line wile trying to accelerate and does that stupid pop.
I ended up taking the fuel filter off and cleaning that which was super dirty and looked like the original one. I made sure when i got the throttle body off ebay that i cleaned it so that shouldn't be an issue.. What i find funny is now with this throttle body there is NO cel... So i'm lost on what it would be and i want to blame the injectors having dirty filters or a messed up fuel line or maybe even the computer.. But whats odd is if i disconnect the throttle motor. The the chekc engine light apparently comes on and the truck idles the way it's supposed too. And when you disconnect the battery to clear the computer and reconnect the throttle motor there is no check engine light that comes on and it goes back to idling all funky.... And thats where i was like... alright. f it, i don't know what else to do and don't want to keep blowing money on things that aren't broke. So i took it to sin city auto clinic and they were gunna charge me $50 to check it and ended up having it three days and wanted more money to do a computer check...I was like no i'm done i want my truck back. Find out my truck is unlocked sitting in the parking lot with their trash still in my truck. So i'm like WOO this is awesome..THey tried to make it sound like i ruined the wiring when i did the engine swap when haa i'm going to be as careful as possible when this truck is like my Ferrari. They said they were unable to clear the engine light and recreate the problem i'm having...
At this point i had to have my mom drive out from cali so i can use her car to commute to work so i don't lose my job over not being able to drive my truck for going on a little over two months now. Stressed to the max and don't know what else to do other then take it to a dealer because it seems like these other shops don't know what they are doing. The video i'm attaching is as best as i can show you whats going on... it sounds like a vacuum problem but thats not the case because i took throttle body cleaner and sprayed all the lines and of course there was no change in rpms. But when you spray the intake filter it jumps and idles fine for a few.

For sure i'll have to give them a call and run him through my problem 'n see if he can shed some light on my downward spiral of a situation. Thank you for the reference.

I really would not offer to speculate what might be your trouble; let's just say I don't trust computers very far.
Give Findlay a call, ask for Victor in the shop - he's a supervisor, and has done a lot of work on his own '04 (on his own dime, not the company's), and I would trust him to aim me right.
