Hey Guys, I have a 2004 Tundra Access Cab. 4.7L 2UZ-FE engine. I am having the P0330 code haunt me. Bank 2 Knock sensor circuit malfunction. I am unsure if this is a true knock or a circuit issue. I found the ECM Pin out sheet and traced the KNK sensors to plug E6-21 and E6-20 for KNK sensor 2. Well, upon unplugging this plug from the ECM i see that 20 doesnt have a wire in it... and the colors dont match up. Maybe i have the wrong Pin out sheet but all of the plugs match the paperwork i have.

So after some crawling on top of the enging i believe i have found the knock sensor wire harness plug. From inside the enging i can see one white wire going to each knock sensor... yet at the connector I have a Red which appears to be Ground, a White and a Black which would appear to be KS 1&2. I disconnected the harness and put a meter between Ground(in the harness) and each sensor wire...
Here are my results:
Open circuit to ground continuity
White wire (middle pin in connector) to Ground: 1.2mv@idle, a steady increase to 7.5mv@2500rpm
Black wire to GND 1.5mv@idle, not a very linear climb to 5.0mv@2500rmp... infact with the truck at idle i saw a spike to 13 at one point.

Is there any factory specs that i can compare my readings too? I never saw a complete loss of signal.. maybe tomorrow i will drive it or tap at the sensor and try and wiggle a wire loose.

Thanks for the feedback in advanced,
Chris
(140k, new plugs, swapped ignition coils to rule them out, ran 93 octane plus booster, injector cleaner, sea foam, new PCV, what else can i try?)
