Right now I have an Eclipse 5423 HU and Boston Acostics NX67 in Front and FX6 in rear. I would like to move the NX67 to the rear and put some Pro 60 in the front, I don't have tweeters in the front doors now. I would also like to drive those speakers with a Jl 300/4 amp, plus i would like to put a JL Stealthbox driven by a JL250/1.Pricing all this a Tweeter will cost me over $3000 if the install them, I have doing research and have found the amps for alot cheaper on the web. Would all this be hard to install ?

I have nearly the same setup but my sub. without bucket seats the stealth would not work. Those amps are a great choice and if you can get them cheaper on line go for it. As for the installation it is time consuming but not that difficult if you get the mounting and harness kits for you truck. The time part is all the cabling that needs to be run.
If you want save a bit more money consider the JL speakers I have the Boston Pros and they are real pricey!! IMO they also take quite a bit of volume befor you start to benefit from the extra cost Just my 2cts.

I don't consider it hard, just time consuming like pbmorill said.
I find it helps to remove the front passenger seat along with the door sills and kick panels. That way you can more easily run wires under the carpet.
You can find great prices on the net, but remember JL Audio does not warrant internet sales items....they only warrant items purchased at authorized dealers. Of course that doesn't stop me from buying over the net.
There are plenty of people on TS who can help you through the installation if you do come across questions.

Are there any other good amps that I could puchase on-line and get a warranty? I found some MB Quart for a decent price on infinitecaraudio.I am trying to lookat all options and still get a good system for my Tundra.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about the warranty. When you get equipment, just make sure it works properly since most places will honor the stuff for 30 days. I bought all my car stuff and even home theater speakers and sub online. I look at the Alpine receiver warranty, 1 year is not worth anything to me since I save 50% buying online. The key is, make sure it works when you receive it. If something breaks, it's likely to do so in the first week of operation. Besides, JL warranty is only honored if: 1) An authorized dealer installs it or 2) you install it and take it back to them to 'inspect' and approve.
