I have a major squeak coming from my helwig sway bar. It is only on bumpy roads and is coming from the driver side bushings (I think). Does anybody have any suggestions. It is driving me nuts!!!

I use a home brew of clear silicon/dielectric grease and powdered graphite in all sway bar links/bushings whether rubber or poly. This is the only long term cure I've found that works. Both are available at most parts stores.

You should have used some grease on the bushings when you assembled it. You may be able to use some type of penatrating type lubricant without taking it apart, but I would be carefull not to use anything that might break down the polyurethane.
