Hey guys,

I'm thinking about turning in my 02' Tundra for one of the new Double Cab, Extended Bed, 4x4 Taco's

If I do this, I want to lift / wheels and tires immediately since i'm very impatient!

What i'm looking for is a kit that will raise about 3" or whatever height is required for me to fit 33's. I also don't want to lose much of the ride, although it is a truck I still like the way the Toyota's ride stock. So I need different kit tips etc... Truck must be level!

Also, are there any other known issues w/ 33's? Rubbing etc? What backspace is needed for the Taco for those to fit and all that good info would be amazing. Thanks guys

There are alot of threads here about lifts. Use the search feature. If you are looking for good ride, go with COs in the front (UCAs if you want correct alignment), Deavers and Bilsteins on the rear. This will level the truck at 2.5-3" lift.

CO's? What is the correct backspacing i'm going to need to have absolutely no rubbing on the wheels / tires having 33" BFG AT

I've heard alot of good things about Deaver and since I don't know alot about these type of things, are there any other things I should have changed out at the same time I lift? To prevent further problems down the road or to make the ride / performance better etc... I'll look up the Deavers but don't know what CO's are sorry i'm a noob!

CO= Coilovers. I suggest doing a search as well. You will find lots of information regarding the ride, wheels, etc. Too much info for me to list. Any lift will affect the ride but coilovers affect it less than spacers...
