Took the bolts out of the hub but hub almost seems welded to the rotor.
Looks like a seal in the back. It doesn't budge when hit with a hammer. What I've read so far sounds like this hub should come off the rotor. I appreciate your help.

That is supposed to just come off. I have done mine twice.
I have 2WD. Hell knows what it is stuck on.

there should be small acorn type washer on the bolts that stick out, they will sit flush with the hub. you need to find the slit in those washers and tap them with a flat head screwdriver to work them loose. once all are off, the hub should come free.

If it's a 4WD and the hubs are off the truck and I hope you're replacing the rotors... then add heat to the part of the rotor that's contacting the hub and beat the crap out of the rotor with a hammer in three or four places until it breaks free from the hub...

Done this a few times myself... then clean the hubs up and use the bolts to draw the new rotor on, being carefull not to **** the rotor on the hub.
