Hi - forum newb here,

I have an 89 pickup, extended cab 22re, 5spd and have an annoying electrical problem. Neither my horn nor hazard signals work. The horns themselves and the turnsignal bulbs all work. The shared fuse is okay. Is this a common problem and is there some relay that I am missing? If so what can I do about it and where is the relay (for the horn at least)? I have already cleaned all the connections that i can find. Would love some help!
