Just bought a v6 supercharger off Ebay and want to get installed by dealer for all reasons. First off, Toyota Oxnard quoted 6 hrs of labor. Is that fair? 2nd subject: should I scrub the K&N intake?

Just bought a v6 supercharger off Ebay and want to get installed by dealer for all reasons. First off, Toyota Oxnard quoted 6 hrs of labor. Is that fair? 2nd subject: should I scrub the K&N intake?
You can probably do it in 4 hours, so book is probably 6. Last time I read, I think Carson Toyota wanted $675 but not sure how long ago that was. You should scrub the K&N regardless, and you may want to clean your MAF to get the oil off.

Anyway, cleaned the MAF regularly but the word's not good on K&N particulate filtration anymore so...bye-bye! C-ya
