Hi, I have a t100 that is my dad and I's farm truck...(drove before tundra)
I am tired of my tundra getting messed with here at school- OSU-columbus, ohio-and when I have a monthly payment from the bank-and I decent chunk of balance left-I am thinking about getting rid of the t100- and fixing the T up for a year or so-

On with it---:D

If I buy the rebuild kit for the 3.4 v-6 (170k) will it be a feelable difference?

I know if wont be like the tundra-but if its rebuilt-and reliable...Thats the big thing-add some headers- will it feel fresh again?

It runs ok now-but I think its tired.

If anyone has had an engine like this or any engine that they have had rebuilt- please let me know how it made a difference or not-

Thanks

Todd

IMHO, It still has life left in it. After driving the Tundra, I bet it feels sluggish.
I have the headers (TRD) on my 96 T-100 and it only made a small difference. Not enough to justify the cost. Plus trying to keep them from leaking. Just my two cents worth.
I too am waiting to get my 2007 Double Cab soon.
