now, we have some stuff lined up for all you guys so i would suggest (hint,hint,hint,hint) being there, they usually don't do the reservation thing but we talked nice and he is gonna work with us.

I should be there, but what with the price of gas and all, I'm tempted to bring my Corolla.
OK. Here are some numbers:
My Tundra gets 14mpg. Mapquest says it is 401 miles from Fredericksburg, VA to Myrtle. This translates to 28.6 gallons one way. At $4.00 a gallon, it will cost me $114.57 in fuel just to drive down. Multiply that times 2 for the return trip and I am up to $229.14 in fuel, and that dosen't even take into consideration the gas just to drive around MB.
My 'Rolla on the other hand gets 33mpg which means 12.6 gallons to drive down or $48.60; times 2 = $97.21
My truck gets at least 17mpg on the highway. Driving to VA Tech I got 18mpg; drove 320 miles and still had that fake 1/4 tank showing up. I drove around all weekend there, then refilled for the drive home 2 days later.
I have no doubt I'll get 17mpg driving south. Gas here is currently $3.79/gal (seems to go up 6¢ every night), I estimate $90 to fill up here, and even less to refill in Emporia or another NC bordertown.
Yes, the tripp will cost an excess of $200 in fuel. Just hope I can afford that extra side of southern mashers Friday night.

Yeah, but keep in mind you don't have the lift and bigger tires like I do. Plus, you are closer.
