Date:March 15th 2008 ***The Date has been pushed back 1 week*** Location: Concord NC Lowes Motor Speedway (starting location) Time:9:15AMish starting time Activities: Tour of Lowes Motor Speedway ($5 per person); Lunch nearby; (tours of other local shops?) There may also be a photo opportunity (with your trucks) at Winners Circle at LMS depending on interest/number of attending members. It is important that we have a head count for the day. There will not be any additional cost for the photo op.
If we do go ahead with the photo op, all pictures that are taken can ONLY be used for your personal viewing pleasure. They cannot be used in any sort of advertising or promos for other companies. This is part of the deal with the photo op in Winner's Circle.
This is what we have so far. I can edit the post as things come togeather.
If you would like to attend, please give a heads up so we can get a count. I think we'll have to call Lowes to verify tour times and let them know how many we'll have in our group.
Also chime in if you have any other ideas for the day.
as the date gets closer we should fine tune things abit.

I live in the area so depending on my work schedule I'll be there. Has anyone bothered to contact Toyota of Concord ( its between LMS and Concord Mills) to tell them we'll be in the neighborhood? They might want to get involved? Maybe haul out some aftermarket stuff for us?
If nothings concrete yet I would suggest for weather purposes that a pushback till April could avoid the Carolina's notoriously wacky March weather.
Hendricks Motor Sports shop is near LMS (1/2 mile) and there are plenty of eating options.
Sticky Fingers, MacAllisters Deli, Panera Bread, On The Border, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Texas Road House, ect.........ect........ All at C Mills or close to it.
If you plan to stay overnite Embassy Suites is right there and so are some more affordable options.
Well if we pushed it back a week, would you be able to make that?
Would that kill anyone else's abilty to make it to the meet?
Yeah i could go the following weekend i don't see a problem with that.

Right now I'm going to say the 8th since thats what I had originally posted. I dont want to change it unless the people who originally commited are willing to change up.
There are several people that would be able to make the following week as of right now.... hopefuly Wylcat and vvti can make it on that week too. I'll shoot them a PM and find out.
