DIY Large South East Region Meet Uwharrie NF November 6-8 - Toyota Tundra Forums : Tundra Solutions Forum

We are having a large South East/North East Region Meet at Uwharrie National Forest November 6-8...This will be hosted by South East Custom 4x4 and sponsored by Rick Hendrick Toyota of Fayetteville, NC...We will be providing the food for Saturday as well as the trail passes...We will also be getting other sponsorship for this event from 4Wheel Parts of Raleigh, NC, Warn Winch, ARB, and hopefully many more...We will be taking over a free group campsite for the weekend and just have a great time...If you have any interest or questions, please pm me or post away as many might have the same questions...Thanks

Do you have any links for more info on this? November sounds like just about the right time for me to get away for a few days-

not any links yet but there are lists that has started on 9 forums and from the looks of it this is going to be a HUGE event!! So far we have sponsorship from All Pro Offroad, Warn Winch, ARB, 4 wheel parts, and hopefully many more to come...Just got off the phone with the owner of Eldorado Outpost in Uwharrie and he is going to start giving out flyers to everyone they sale a trail pass too...He said that there has never been one large event inviting everyone in the southeast/northeast region open to all clubs to come and meet up for one HUGE TRAIL MEET!! He suggested that on Saturday morning, we have an offroad truck show/ meet and greet from about 8-11/12ish...Then we will grill for everyone and hit the trails for day and night runs!! We will be taking over a large group free campsite and that will be a blast...Any questions or suggestions just let me know...Thanks!! PS So far in 2 days we have 7 full clubs attending...should be a great turnout and wouldn't want you to miss is as we'll try to make this an annual event!!

I might be down with this trip myself...which camp site were you refering to? there are a bunch in the area.

Well we were going to be at Yates Place which we have way outgrown now so the owner of Eldorado Outpost said we could use his 27 acres behind the outpost to camp with our group...Galloway 4x4 has also said we could get with them and their facilities and camp but also have rock crawling and our main event there...He thinks we could easily have 1000 people there if we do this right and we are WELL on our way...
