Question Outer Banks, North Carolina Area Dwellers

So, are there any Outer Banks Tundra owners around? If everything goes well, I'll be moving to that area within the next six months. All I have to do is get my house sold first... Anybody know of any good local off-roading spots (besides the beach, obviously, which I'll take advantage of every opportunity I get). Any suggestions, advice on anything at all, please let me know. Thanks.

i live in virginia and i drive down to obx for my offroading. i dont know why you would want to do anything else because from my experince with my tundra i feel like i can get more of a challenge because you have all the oppurtonities to pull everyone else out that is stuck in the sand. its also nice because after a long hour of playing in the sand you can just pull off somewhere and go cool off.

    Default Help!

Anybody know how to stop my computer from doing this? Everytime I click anything, I get this message between 3 and 15 times in a row:

    A Runtime Error has occurred.
    Do you wish to debug?

    Line XXXX
    Error: Object expected.

This only happens on Tundra Solutions and UPS.com, absolutely nowherre else! I've tried Java updates and Java defaults as per Lon's suggestions, but to no avail...

No, trust me, I'll be at/on the beach constantly. But, that's a given, so I want to find some lesser known places to wheel also, maybe inland for some rocks and a little bit of mud...

Well, honestly, we're not even sure yet. We can't seriously start searching for a place until we have a serious buyer for our house now. But, right now we're leaning toward Colington since it's less touristy and cheaper than Manteo. Basically, wherever we can find a nice, affordable house is where we'll end up, could be anywhere from Manteo to the northern 4-wheel drive area, who knows? I'll definitely keep you informed. We'll talk more about it when I finally make it up there for the basket. I'm sending you another installment toward that today, then I'll bring the last 50 when I come up in a couple weeks, is that cool? Thanks.

PS, in case anybody is confused or wondering, the Army thing has next to fallen through due to my house not being sold in time and, naturally, a little bit of recruiter misinformation...imagine that...

It's not 100% out of the question, but some things have developed regarding what the recruiter led me to originally believe and also the fact that my house isn't sold yet prevent me from considering it at this moment. The only possibility now would be to move back my ship date a couple/few months and see what happens. But, with the recruiter misinformation I'm very reluctant now... Kind of made me lose some motivation and trust...

what misinformation did the recruiter tell you? i have been dealing with recruiters and the army for about two years. right now im am in rotc and will probably be heading to bootcamp this summer if i can get the job i want lined up. active duty army and reserves are alright but everyone i have talked to has said national guard. i have been talking to them and with what i want to do it is better. i plan on doing mp or combat engineer. doing those in national gaurd means i could get deployed out of country but not as likely as if i was doing reserves or active. im just tellin you what ive delt with but it could be alittle different for you.
