Might be moving to Clemson for school in Fall 2007. What's it like out there, what should i expect. Any good off roading, in other words, is it worth the money to bring my Tundra out there or should i just leave it at home?

Well, looks like Clemson is out of the question for me..says they dont offer my major. So now its either San Jose State which i can easily make, San Francisco State, also easy, or Arizona State, dont know too much about...sucks, really wanted to go to Clemsom, love the place.
and watch out for the next myrtlebeach meet thread to be popping up soon!!!

Well, I'm from outside of Charleston in Goose Creek. Brand new to the site and it's the first forum I've ever made an introduction on. Just bought a 2006 Tundra AC with 23 miles on it. Are there any things that I need to do to make things more suitable, or any known problems I should be on the lookout for?

I'm currently attending Clemson and the driving really isn't bad. I'm in Central Florida right now and let me tell you, it's tell to get around without the old folks nearly slamming into you. There's a bunch of guys on campus that are really big into rock climbing and all the land up there is Red Clay.
If you're not going to bring a vehicle to Clemson, you better make sure you get in good with your roommate or friend and let them haul you around, because if you need to get things, the nearest Walmart is 10 minutes away, but the CAT bus system runs to a near-by Bi-Lo for groceries, plus there's a liquor store next to it, so you can kill two birds with one stone.
