Default Ball joint recall/alignment in Phoenix area

I'd like to know if anyone here has had a good experience getting the work done and if they came close to using DJ's specs for the alignment?

Mine was a great experience, I don't know if the alignment is set exactly to Dj's specs but its gotta be pretty close. Mine was done in Vegas by a tech who cares lives and breathes toyotas.
I know when we bought our Avalon at a dealer listed as your dealer and we would never return there.

I never go back to Camelback although they did an ok job of taking care of a couple things when I first bought the truck. Big Two used to be 2 miles from me (I heard their sales manager was a jerk). I took it there for some AC service and it took em 3 tries to get it fixed. There are 3 or 4 others closer to me than Big Two is now, but I have no feedback on their service. Maybe I'll wait awhile to get the work done. Truck drives great and I hate to screw with it.

I know it might be far for you, but I had mine done at Larry Miller (101 freeway & Bell road on the west side of town) and It was painless. I did not ask for specific alignment specs though.
Had it done the same time as the 15K service.

I wonder if they'd run me down to the new Cabellas while they do the work? It's 25 miles door to door to Cabellas. I'm about 4 miles from the new Bass Pro Shop. Both places are neat to brouse in, but 3 hours might be too long.

I would vote for Larry Miller they treated me pretty good..Cabellas is only a short hop from there. They have a resteraunt and such upstairs and plenty of things to look at.
Have not made it to the new bass pro there, vegas is closer.
