Offhand no I don't. Ask around on TTORA, let 'em know you're in SW Utah...probably a bunch of stuff in AZ and NV near you.
What sort of trails? Easy, hard, sand, rocks, crawling or hauling?
If you're willing to drive a few hours and camp overnight, there's no end of stuff near you, but it's not necessarily named, dedicated 4WD trails.
There is another way...
Start here:

The National Geographic Online Store - 207 Grand Canyon National Park Trail Map
Click on the images under "more views". You'll get a window where you can zoom and pan thru a small window, over the complete map in hi-res. Granted it's better if you have a map store in town where you can browse...recreation/outdoor gear stores may have some for UT/AZ/NV.
What you're looking for is roads marked as side-by-side short black dashed lines. The longer dashed black lines are usually high-clearance 2WD roads, but they usually get you to the marked 4WD roads. Lesser roads are marked on those maps as spurs, just a little hatch mark on the main 4WD road is all you'll see on the map.
You'll need a compass and a good GPS unit, with the readout switched to UTM (ie map) coordinates, to find your way around.
Escalante, Kaiparowitz Plateau, Goblin Valley, Powell, all that stuff is within a couple hours of you. Pick something on the map you want to see, and go see it. You'll need to do some advance planning if you're going on a reservation.
I guarantee you will find everything you're looking for, and potentially a lot more, on those ragged-looking 4WD trails marked on the Trails Illustrated maps.
A lot of these areas are covered on the Expedition Portal. If you're just looking to do some quick afternoon wheeling, look online for topo maps of a few quads around St. George, and be prepared to find that some of the roads are in great condition for wheeling--ie largely unused, unmaintained, eroded, washed out, etc...but still legitimate routes.
Start with maps 702 and 214...tho outta curiosity I looked at 702 north of St. George and it's pretty sparse. IIWY I'd get driving away from civilization...the stuff closer to town is usually paved or trashed anyway, or gated, or bladed, or whatever.
