There are a few of us. There was a time when we met a couple of times a year. Some have sold their tundras, while some left the area. There is an old thread that had an ongoing list of AZ Tundra owners on the boards. It has not been updated in quite a while.
I live in Tucson. Got alot of mods on my truck and a fellow autobot.

What parts of town is everyone? I live on the FAR east side, just barely southeast by being south of Broadway and east of Wilmot. Right now I can't do any meets, plus it is a bit warm to do anything OUTSIDE.

I'd love to get together with some of the Tucson folks sometime, somewhere central for all of us?

Figured I'd chime in and say Hi.... picked up a used 01 Tundra Access Cab 4x4 a few weeks ago... Just reading up and learning about these trucks as I go.
Yea the snowball factor is the usual gotcha. Want bigger tires need lift to achieve so now buy tires wheels and lift kit. Discover truck does not respond like it did now you need to regear. now you might decide to add lockers to the differentials at that point. whoops the speedo is off now need the recilabrator.
So yes things add up fast.

Definately does, reminds me of when I used to modify cars for speed back in the day..... need to swap exhaust to use new turbo, need new injectors, fuel pump, need new ecu... it never ended.
I'm thinking i may just leave the suspension alone, put on some rock sliders to protect the body a little bit and find some way of adding lights to my truck.
I had a brush guard on an old suv of mine, I hated it... it looked cheep and all it did was hold lights, I think the ARB is the only one that offers protection.... and that's out of my price range at $1000+
plus the arb in my opinion is 2 heavy, bulky and ruins the aproach angle.
Yes I got a kick out of the ones that would go buy what they refered to as a roll bar and all it was was thin tubing desinged to hold lights only.
I want products that are bullet proof and will hold up to major abuse. The only way to achieve that is stand by the fabricator and assist in getting what you want.
