Might need better shocks for the truck or the ones you have might be bad.

Try pushing down your rear bumper. If it squeaks then it should be your rear leafs wich is normal if your truck goes off roading...

There are four rubber lined steel clampy things holding your rear leafs together. If these clamps become spread apart, it allows the leafs to move against each other more than they should, which produces noise. I just use a large c-clamp to squeeze the clamps together.

i had a squeak up front one time, it ended up being the bumper. a screw/bolt that was on the passenger side (no the ones that hold the bumper to the frame, just a random one on the backside/inside of the bumper) had come loose and squeaked. all i did was tighten it and it went away.

Well, I finally found it. It is in one of the bushings on one of the rear shocks. Me and WD-40 just found it.
