Well, the dealership quoted $450, just for the front shocks! A local shop quoted $160 for all four. Guess I'll just have to keep asking.

Wow, that's just for installation?! We know dealers are pricey but that's steep. Even the local shop is steep. I would think it's 1-2 hour job and even at $60 an hour for labor is lower. They probably would reduce the labor if you purchased the shocks from them, but they'll most likely jack up the prices and get you that way. However, you probably can't get Bilstein's from either of them. Only select companies sell them aftermarket retail.
