Default Stiff ride help!

I have 03 tundra AC/2wd, a friend gave me his (new) Blistein coils springs and shocks for the front end it preformed great. I decided to change out the rears factory shocks and get the Bilsteins F4-BE5-6025 HO that was recommended for the 03 tundra, now the ride is very stiff and not at all smooth. I run my BFG KOs at 35lbs in the rear would that make a difference in the ride if I put them down to say 30-31lbs? Right now the ride it is really bugging me. Thanks
