Default Recommend me a lift for my 2003 Access Cab 4x4

Hello all,

I just purchased a 2003 Tundra Access Cab limited 4x4 from my parents with 80k on it. Im looking to do a subtle 3-5" lift for light offroading and more ground clearance. I think i have at least looked at all the types of lift available for this truck but do not know which lift is best for my needs. Here are my requirements if you will.

1) Would like to spend around or under $800. Definitely not over $1k.

2)Would prefer coilovers as iv heard these are the way to go. (iv mostly been looking at the toytec coilovers and then doing a 2.5" AAL in the rear. I have also looked at the bilstein adjustable all the way around).

Well i guess thats it lol i thought i would have more.... The tails i go on are mostly forest service roads and dirt roads with some small rocks ad creeks to cross. I WILL NOT BE DOING ANY CRAZY OFFROADING IN THIS TRUCK. So if i can get away with the toytec spacer lift i will do that. Remember this is my daily driver, 85-90% road use and 10-15% off road. Thx in advance!!!!

Alex

It may be a little above your budget, But I can make you a deal on some Camburg 2.5" Coilovers with rear AAL and rear Bilstein 5100s for $1077.00, but just for a limited time.

Will that work on an 06 Tundra access cab 2WD? and why would you not use spacers?

Yes is work on an '06. Spacers tend to give a harsh ride. And spacer lifts that are all topspacer tend to cause ball joint problems etc. Plus spacer lifts don't give any perfomance upgrade, just lift.

Bilstein 5100 Adjustables may be the way you want to go with the budget you have.

Wheelers would be the place to purchase from. Dan just offered a great price on that stuff he mentioned above if you can afford to spend the extra cash.

"close"....? The website price on those components is $1127.50, so your original discount to $1077 is a $50 discount.

Any "closer" and you're back to original price.
