Default Differentials and AAL newbie questions..

Sorry for the dumb question but i've searched and can not find the answer...
I have 07 Tundra DC. 5100's all around is on it's way.
I do some minor towing (small boat)(small travel camper)
Should i get a 1"in block for the rear? Or AAL? How many inch will AAL add to the rear in addition to the 5100 adjust to the highest?

What is a differential drop? I'm going to place the 5100 at highest position which is 2.5". Will differential drop recommended?

I'm thinking of getting both aal and differential drop at toytec.com. Is there any other site thats' better and cheaper that you recommend?

From toytec:

Rear ToyTec Add-A-Leafs
TAC-AL-LA $79.99 $79.99 Front Differential Drop Kit for 07 & UP Tundra
TU-DR-07 $29.99 $29.99

I called toytec and asked.

They say i don't need a differential. Only for 4x4's.

They recommend getting block instead of AAL because the 07 + Tundra already have stiff leafs and adding a leaf would be more stiffer ride. Block would be more comfortable. AAL adds 1 1/2 inches.
