Default Anyone with extra rubber bushings for spring seat?

I had a leveling kit placed about 2 years ago with the spacer in the coil. I didn't know it at the time but it looks like you have to remove the rubber pads in order to put the spacer in. I never got these back I recently bought new 5100's and another installer stated I was missing these pads. I went back to the original installer and he said nothing was missing and put them together. I went to the dealer today and sure enough there is a rubber pad that goes between the spring and the top plate that is missing. Unfortunately you can not buy these by themself but have to by the entire upper mount at $117 a piece. I don't know if anyone did the spacer conversion or did another shock that does not require these anymore and wants to get rid of them. If so please let me know. By the way does anyone know what these do anyways?

thanks
John
