I finally got my lift installed today. I decided to go with the Donahoe coilovers. From the little bit that I have driven it, it drives awesome. When I went over speed bumps I don't get that thud that I used to. I also got 17x8 Robby Gordon signature wheels and 285 70 r17 bf goodrich all terrains. I couldn't be happier.
Sorry Tundra Kid no pics until I get my hands on a digital camera.
RitcheyRch, I got everything at Robby Gordon off-road, they also installed it all. Most places I checked out sell the Donahoe coilovers for $950, it's pretty standard unless you know someone that can get you a better deal.
wow, you paid a pretty penny then. I know how the Gordon shop is. So you probably paid like 1200.00 for the rims correct? And like 500.00 for install right? also, how long did it take them to firgure them all out?
but, those rims are nice arnt they, i almost got those myself.

Nope, the install was the same as if I had gone to PDC in Brea and originally I wanted to put ultra wheels on because they were cheaper and I wanted to save some money. When ultra wheels said they couldn't have the wheels ready, Robby's shop offered me a sweet deal on the robby wheels. The whole install took a day. They were really cool over there. I didn't have a bad experience at all.
i also got donahoe coilovers, i got them installed at a local shop for 100 smackers...i was gonna do it myself but i was doing a whole bunch of other stuff i didnt want to mess with on the truck. i have deaver leaf springs and bilstein 5100's in the rear, total chaos upper a arms, dohahoe coils, and 33 inch x terrains on classic II wheels. it looks soooooooo sweet!
