    You'll need bump stop spacers, to prevent damage as shown in the "why spacer lifts are bad" thread, on the 2nd gen truck. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of shackle lifts, but if it's stable (and I can't say if it is), it's not exactly a huge problem, either. I don't know anything about the arms.
