I talked to Clay today. He said there are NO kits ready at this time. They are in the process of ordering all the parts for the kits. He said there are a lot of special order parts/hardware that not even Copper State Nut and Bolt company carry.
He said he will let me know when the kits are ready and I'll post here.
Is there any way you could get some pictures of the kit installed? Since the bumper doesn't also move up an inch, I doubt I'll be getting this for a while. I'm going to wait and do it along with a Demello rear bumper and rerouted exhaust.

I don't regularly see Clay, I talk to him on the phone. I don't have it on my truck.
The truck that I saw it on was not clay's truck and may have been removed because the owner didn't want it.
If he has the truck next time I see him I will get a photo of it.
If you are trying to think of the gap, just take a tape measure and go out to your front bumber and from the black top of the bumber raise it 3/4 - 1" and this will be the size of the gap. Same thing for the rear.
The space was not noticible until he actually pointed it out to me.
I will still see what I can do about a pic though.
All this talk of a gap is really turning me off to the idea of a 1" body lift. My goal is to keep my truck as clean and streamline as possible, and a 1" gap between the bumper and the body just doesn't sound too enticing...

I doubt a 1" gap will even be noticible, when everyone is ooooooing, aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh ing at your trucks and how great they all look.
I will wait until there is a pic before I make any decisions on how it might look.

Looks good... is there gonna be a gap between the body and the REAR bumper too?

Yes the space between the rear bumber and box are increased. I checked it but the bumper on the truck had been pushed into the body during an accident so I couldnt get a good picture of it because of the damage.
Once I get one of the kits I will show all the parts and the install instructions and what it looks like after it is installed.

Is there any way to move the bumpers up (especially on an ARB front bumper)? I could get a rear bumper by Demello meant for this BL, but I'm not sure if I like that gap up front. I've always thought the Tundra had too much room there to begin with.

I'm not sure about an ARB as I don't have one. There is some moding that you could do to the bumbers mounting points to eliminate the gap. Might be more work than than it's worth.
When you see it in person it does look less conspicuous than taking a photo of it directly.
Whatever happened to the 1" body lift daystar was making. They were all, but done with it last i heard. There was even a huge post on it, then everyone found out there were no bumper relocation brackets and I never heard anything about it again. Did the lift ever come out? --- Ben
