Default Best setup using stock rim?

I have an 02 Tundra SR5 with the TRD package. It is a 2wd. I was wondering the largest size tire that would fit on the stock rim and what the best way to lift it to fit this tire would be. I have been waiting for the RCD lift to come out for too long now as it is time to repace my worn out tires. Any suggestions on what to do? I am leaning towards either spacers or a coil over suspension Also, I purchased and extended 100k mi warrenty. Am i voiding the warrenty with any larger tire or lift? I am in the LA/Orange County area....let me know if you know of a good place to go.
Thanks.

On a stock rim, you can go w/ a 265/75R16 and you do not need a lift. Some have put on 285/75/R16 on a stock rim, but it is not recommended by the tire manufacturer (The tire's sidewalls buldge too much.) you should have a rim that is at least 7.5" wide (stock is only 7"). A 2"-3" lift is all you should need for the 285's to fit. For spacers there are Cornfeds. For coil-overs, there are the Team West SAW's (TS Member), Bilsteins (from Off-Road Warehouse) or you can go with the coils (from Wheeler's).

a 265/70 or 265/75 will be fine if you want to keep your suspension stock. For 285's you will need a 2.5" and even then you may still get some rubbing during a turn during suspension compression.

larger tires will not void your warranty. A lift might cause some issues if you develop alignment, cv, or steering rack problems, but most likely it wont be an issue.

For mild lifts, coilovers are the way to go and I feel Team West has the best setup out there.

see if link (okctundra) has started the wheel & tire faq yet, there's a ton of info in that forum about this exact question, including which brands work best. for the lift, see my sig line for starters.
