Default Lift Height on Donahoes?

Hey gang, I was at the ROR jump champoinships today, and I saw a pretty nice (semi stock) tundra. Anyways, he had donahoes (4WD) and based on the ammount of thread showing, how much lift does he have? He had 305/70R16's. Anyways, here are the pics. BTW, no upper uniball, how soon is he gonna blow that ball joint?

couldnt have more than 3" safely, unless he owns stock in 930 boots.

Ball joints.. possibly or not.

my guess is no more than 2-2.5, judging by the gap front and rear, but im also assuming that the rear is stock.

if you trim enough, shouldnt rub. it might be 3" tho, dunno...really hard to tell without comparing to the back. if he had aal or a block, then yeah its probably 3" but also i thought that was a 0-3" kit.
